Animal Crossing Feature Ideas

Here are some features I'd love to see in a future Animal Crossing game.

Shopping & Inventory

• Add a shopping cart to the Able Sisters fitting room
• Show a notification at the Able Sisters if you already own an item
• Show a notification at the Nook Miles kiosk if you already own an item
• Allow choosing a quantity when purchasing items (Nook Shopping, Nook Miles, Leif, etc.)
• Add more filters for finding items (in storage, Nook catalog, Poki catalog, etc.)
  • Examples: plants, beds, etc.

Music

• Allow switching to hourly music from past Animal Crossing games

Multiplayer

• Add an MMO-style shared environment where players can interact

Home Decorating

• Allow hanging items on partition walls

Farming

• Allow driving tractors to speed up farming
• Allow installing sprinklers to automatically water produce
